SHIPPING
Orders ship Monday through Friday from the US and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 2–6 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For International Shoppers, delivery times will vary due to customs processing and international transit.
Yes. Free domestic shipping is available on orders $75+ ($7.95 flat rate otherwise).
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or carrier. These fees vary and we’re unable to estimate them. Any import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is returned, we’ll issue a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse, minus shipping costs and our restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Once your order is placed, we are unable to update your address. Please double-check your address before checking out!
We do our best to protect each shipment, but if your package is damaged during transit, let us know right away. Please be sure to take a picture of the damage and the outer packaging. Then email us to start the claim process.
If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please let us know within 30 days of the purchase date. We want to make sure your order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all, don’t hesitate to reach out.
If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive and it was sent to the address provided in your order, you will need to follow up with the carrier.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods, unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at hello@onefocus.one with these issues.
Digital goods, such as PDF downloads, are ineligible for refunds.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Damaged, opened, or used merchandise will not qualify for a refund. All returns will incur a $10 restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card are refundable (credited back to the gift card) if they meet the return policy above. Gift card value is not redeemable for cash.

2. Return the item
If your return is approved, we will provide the necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process your return. You will need to carefully package the items to ensure they are protected during shipment.
3. Finalizing your return
Once we receive the items, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days after they arrive back at One Focus. You will receive an email from our team once the return is processed.
Note for international orders: If your item(s) are approved for a return, we are unable to generate a return label on your behalf, and you will be required to cover the shipping & handling for your return.
